Highlights

  • Better, More Restful Sleep
  • Award-Winning Ingredients
  • No Groggy Feeling in the Morning
  • Safe, All-Natural and Effective

Most people will experience some kind of insomnia or sleep deprivation at some point in their lives. SO it’s easy to understand how good sleep helps you feel better and function better. Restful sleep helps detoxify your brain, boosts your metabolism and immune systems, and helps reduce the chance of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, depression and obesity.1

But pharmaceutical sleep aids are habit-forming or have serious side effects. And some natural sleep aids just aren’t effective. NatREM from Physician’s choice is formulated with a powerful combination of clinically proven ingredients to help you get restful sleep and feel refreshed when you wake up in the morning.

Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (P5P):This is the bioactive form of vitamin B6.As a coenzyme, P5P works with other enzymes in the body to help them be more effective at what they do. Included in this is the ability to help convert tryptophan to serotonin, which helps sleep and relaxation.2

Chamomile:An herb that comes from the same family as plants as echinacea and sunflowers. It has been used for years in tea as a way to promote relaxation, and has been used to improve sleep quality, especially in elderly people.3

Valerian Root:The root of the perennial valerian flower. Since valerian root binds to GABA receptors and slows the breakdown of GABA, it can help ease anxiety and promote relaxation and rest.4

Melatonin:Produced naturally in the body by the pineal gland, melatonin is a hormone responsible for regulating your sleep cycles.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with water 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your physician.

Getting my zzzzzzzzzzzz

I like that this sleep aid is safe to take every night. It has been helping. Honestly, I still struggle at times to fall asleep, but I have many more nights of a full night of deep sleep. There’s also no “hung over” feeling when I wake up that I used to get with drug store sleep aids.

Great Product

I was very skeptical, especially trying the Sleep Aid, but I have been very impressed and I have started buying other products from Physicians Choice. No issues from ordering to delivery...
